Wetsuit sizing is different from standard apparel. We recommend using our detailed size chart and prioritizing your weight as the primary factor. A proper fit should be snug like a second skin without restricting your breathing or range of motion.
What is the return policy for XTERRA Wetsuits?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all products. Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
How should I care for my wetsuit to ensure it lasts?
After every swim, rinse your wetsuit inside and out with fresh water. Hang it to dry in the shade on a wide-shouldered hanger. Avoid direct sunlight, heat sources, and never use a washing machine or dryer.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout for athletes who need their gear ready for an upcoming race weekend.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we stand by our quality. All XTERRA Wetsuits come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
Can I use my triathlon wetsuit for pool training?
We strongly advise against using your wetsuit in chlorinated pools. Chlorine is a harsh chemical that breaks down neoprene and glue, significantly shortening the lifespan of the suit and potentially voiding the warranty.
